I did my DTS in Battambang in July 2017. I work mainly with the training department, training Cambodian staff on skills and leadership. I want to see them have ability to work effectively and so they can be able to work even outside of YWAM. My goal is to help them to make good impact in the society around them. Another department I direct is our Media department where we work to produce videos and photos for posting on Facebook and YouTube. I love to work with youth, teaching and encouraging people about self-confidence and value. So for the next season, I saw the opportunity that we can work with youth directly by hanging out with them and start a youth program and small group by using the program such as ALPHA course or other programs to reach out to them. Another big goal is going to work with Tibetan, in CN. I know for sure they got called me to work as a missionary in a close nation, CN (the red country). In order to do that I want to train 3 people who can do what I am doing here and make a greater impact before I go.
